Culture at N’ext Design Group expresses itself in our creative processes and work product. It reflects who we are as human beings and affects our relationships with clients and ourselves. It is nearly a tangible thing and we pay it much attention.

Our culture is inclusive. It is not a closed loop. We reach out in our thinking and designs to clients, communities and the ultimate end-user; the intended viewers of our work. To be “real” we believe the following values are key to sustaining our culture:
